Where do we ship? How much to my country?

We ship worldwide. Shipping fee & time varies based on where you are located. The shipping fee will apply according to your country and will be shown at checkout. We also offer discounts and free shipping promotions all year as goodwill, so please keep in the loop our exclusive deals.

When my order will be shipped?

Please allow 2 - 5 business days depending on the stock availability to ship out your order. Handmade / Hand painted products are made to order and please allow us to send them within 7-14 days. We will update the order status by the system and send the tracking info automatically.

How long is the shipping time?

Orders will be shipped based on the location of the fulfillment centers. The average delivery lead time to International is around 7 - 30 business days based on the location of each fulfillment center. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as we source globally for quality guarantee.

Please understand some circumstances that may be out of our control due to the issue of Covid-19 or others (Natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc). It may cause a bit delay of in delivery.

Will my parcel be tracked?

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with the tracking info when your order ship out.

Please do understand order numbers don’t instantly update with the available delivery status. Tracking should be updated within a few business days.

What can I do if I missed applying the discount code?

No worry. We never want our customers to miss any of our promotions. Please just contact us at info@simplevery.com and let us know the order no., we will issue a refund to you for the discount variance.

Who pays for custom duties/taxes?

Customs taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office. As per our Shipment Policy, the customer is responsible for paying customs duties/taxes.

Can I cancel the order?

You are able to cancel your order without penalty. You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it to apply the cancellation. Please kindly understand that the order can’t be canceled if it has shipped already.

Can I return the product if I don’t like it?

Shopping from us should be fun! Please don’t be afraid to share your valuable comment.

If an item isn’t a perfect match, pls do return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

*Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and we can’t cover the cost of return shipping

What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?

We apologize to you if it is not a perfect experience. We do ship every order with extra protection & padding. Please understand that there are some exceptional cases in which the products are damaged due to mail service mistreatment. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item is defective. Please don’t worry since your satisfaction is always our first priority.
